If Anyone reports MyAssistant failed to connect to the database. Please check the database settings to verify the server name, your user name and password:

TO fix this do the following:
- Go to Sage Server
- Click on MyAssistant Manager
- Click on Database Configuration
- For username change it to something like MyAssistant2 or whatever
- Create a new password
- Then Go to workstation, i.e. User's remote desktop( Jason Chanslor)
- Under MyAssistant, add the new Username and password
- Save and error will disappear
